1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TireloHub, a booking and business-management platform operated for service businesses in South Africa.

By creating an account, starting a trial, or booking through a business on TireloHub, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & trials

Business owners may start a 30-day full-access trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription of R250 per month per company.

If a subscription is not activated, the workspace becomes read-only until billing is restored. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Bookings, deposits & no-shows

Businesses set their own services, prices, deposit rules, and cancellation policies. Where a business requires a deposit, your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Cancellation, refund, and no-show terms are set by each business and shown on their booking page.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Yoco, PayFast, or Ozow). TireloHub does not store full card details.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the lawfulness of the services they offer.

6. Liability

TireloHub provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
