Owner Get started (start your free trial)
Create your workspace in under a minute — no card required.
- From the homepage, tap “Start 30-day trial”.
- Enter your business name, your name, email, and a password, then pick your business type.
- You’ll be taken to the sign-in screen — log in with the email and password you just set.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions pop-up to enter your dashboard.
Owner Set your opening hours
Opening hours control the times clients can book online.
- In the dashboard, open the “Hours” tab.
- Tick the days you’re open and set the open/close times for each.
- Tap “Save hours”. Online booking now only offers slots inside these hours (with each service’s duration and buffers applied).

Owner Add services & take bookings
Services define what clients can book, their duration and price.
- Open the “Services” tab and add each service (name, duration, price).
- Open the “Bookings” tab to create a booking manually, or share your public booking page.
- Clients who can’t find a slot can join your waitlist — you’ll see them under Bookings and can mark them contacted.
Owner Brand your booking page
Upload your logo, banner and a background image, and set your colours.
- Open the “Brand” tab.
- Upload your logo (512×512), banner (1600×400) and an optional page background (shown at low opacity).
- Pick your primary and accent colours and set your page title and intro.
- Use the live preview on the right, then tap “Update brand”.

Owner Insights & accounting
See how the business is doing, and invoice like a pro.
- The “Insights” tab shows revenue, upcoming bookings, no-show rate, top services and your rating.
- Open “Accounting & invoices” (sidebar) to create VAT invoices, record payments and view your income statement, balance sheet and trial balance.
- Everything posts to a proper double-entry ledger automatically.

Owner Membership plans & documents
Offer recurring plans and publish your own terms.
- Open the “Plans” tab to create membership plans clients can join from your booking page.
- Open the “Docs” tab to write your own Terms & Conditions, cancellation policy or intake documents.
- Published documents appear to clients.

Client Find & book a business
Browse South African businesses and book in seconds.
- Open “Find a business” to browse the directory, or search by name, town or service.
- Pick a business and tap “Book”. If you’re not signed in, create a free account or sign in.
- Choose a service and a date, then pick an available time slot and confirm.

Client Manage your bookings
See, cancel and rebook from one account.
- After signing in you land on “My account”.
- Your upcoming bookings show at the top — cancel any with one tap.
- Past & cancelled bookings can be rebooked in a click.

Mobile Using the mobile app
Browse, book and manage on the go.
- Download the app from the “Download the app” link, then open it.
- On the welcome screen choose “Find & book an appointment” or “Business owner — log in”.
- Use the “Find a business” filter (search + categories) to browse providers.
- Check the burger menu for “Check for updates” (shows the version and what’s new) and “Log out”.
